| A lesson and a party? Yes! Invite family or friends to participate in a cooking lesson flavored with fun and entertainment. Watching chefs on TV cannot compare to the learning experience of a personal cooking class. Not only do you have the opportunity to ask our experts questions, but you can see, smell, touch and taste everything! How much will we learn? Unlike other companies offering "in-home" chefs, our parties provide you with not one, but TWO chefs. Twice as much cooking, twice as much food to eat and twice as much fun! We do encourage participation from all of the guests when appropriate. We encourage interaction and questions. Learn great recipes, techniques, helpful hints and tips to build confidence in your cooking. From novice to advanced-no one is left out! Where is this done? In the comfort and privacy of your own home! We feel it is more realistic and beneficial to experience the lesson in a "real" kitchen, using your own oven and stove. If we can cook it in your kitchen-so can you! How many people? We ask for a minimum of 6 guests for the party. The maximum number would be determined by the size of the cooking area in your home. We are able to expand your space with portable burners and folding tables if needed. What do we make? We will personalize the menu for your cooking party to meet your needs and requests. We do offer some "themes" for menu ideas as well. Or design your own! *Romantic Dinner Party *Mangia! What is included? All necessary equipment, cookware, cooking utensils, recipes and supplies needed to make your party a success. What about ingredients? We like to use wholesome, fresh quality ingredients. Even some organic. We can do the shopping for you or we would supply you with a shopping list. The theme and or recipe choices will determine what your shopping order will be. How long? All cooking parties are 1.5 hours long. We arrive 45-60 minutes prior to the start of the party to set-up, organize and do prep work. When can we do this? Weekdays or weekends, daytime or evenings. It is usually best to give us at least 3-4 weeks notice to insure we can accommodate your request. The next step. . .
