Cook Up Some Collaboration!
Adult Cooking Party Helpful hints to help make your party a great success.
1. We start on time, so please be prompt
2. We will arrive 1 hour before your party begins to set up
3. Please have a parking space available near the an entrance to your home, we have lots of things to carry in
4. We have a lot of “prep work” to do when we arrive, we would love to chat with you but we also need to prepare for the evenings big event!
5. Clear off all the counters in your kitchen of decorations etc, we bring a lot of items and need space to organize
6. If you are doing the shopping list for your menu, please purchase exactly what is specified, this is important to the success of the recipes. If you have problems finding any items please contact us as soon as possible
7. Please have all the items (as per conversations with Simple Creations School of Cooking, LLC) arranged on the countertop in your kitchen BEFORE we arrive
8. We will need a table surface in your kitchen (card table or kitchen table) so that we can conduct our lesson in front of your guests, have guests seated so that they can see us, after each item of your menu is completed your guests will get to eat
9. We love our pets, but for safety and hygiene purposes please do not have them underfoot in the kitchen
10. Have a potholder, 2 dish towels, hand soap, dish detergent by the sink.
11. Please have the proper utensils and flatware readily available for your guest
12. If using paper items please have them open and ready to use
13. Clear all stove top and oven of any teapots or pans
14. Have beverages for your guest in an easy accessible area, preferably not in the immediate area where we will be cooking
15. Have a shelf in your refrigerator empty
16. Please mails in final payment for guest attending party 5 days before your party, if not please have cash available the day of your party. Since we buy all ingredients fresh the day of your party, any grocery bill can be paid the day of your party.
