We just wanted to thank you again for making our Annual Group Outing last week a fantastic success!! Everyone had a great time - made even better by not needing a visit by the EMTs with a stomach pump :-) !

We've received feedback from our team that this was one of - if not the best - team building event that they ever taken part in (two of these comments coming from Mike Kelly and Lynnette Cooke)....so thank you!

The two of you are great. Your high energy and ability to work with...poke fun at...and play around with the different personalities in our group (and I'm sure every group you work with) are a testament to your skills and proof that this is most certainly the type of work that you should be doing.

After leaving our initial meeting with Mary Ann, Hema and I were so excited that we had made the right choice and that the event would be great. I have to tell you that the actual event surpassed our expectations.

The different contests (trivia, egg whites) also added to the event. Watching Deb and her frenzied egg white beating technique was priceless! Everyone has been asking about the recipes - which I will be scanning and distributing (unless you have electronic copies you can send me?).

We had an excellent experience with Simple Creations. The event was fun and not too strenuous (I have a decidedly non-athletic team as a whole). It achieved our objectives re: team building as I was able to do some "strategic pairing of team members" in the apron decoration exercise as well as "strategic sub-team match-ups" in the cooking exercise itself. Additional bonuses were individual competitions (while the food was in the oven), and a full portfolio of digital photos after the event which I can use in the future for blackmail (just kidding). As a company, Simple Creations was well prepared and professional. There is a standard routine that they have perfected- while capitalizing on the idiosyncrasies of each individual team. I do recommend bringing your own wine or other spirits (they do not have a license to serve alcohol).

Adult Cooking Parties:

A Simple Creations Cooking Party was the perfect gift for my husband who loves watching all those great cooking shows on TV's Food Network. But this was even better, because he and our guests got to participate in the fun with lots of opportunity for hands-on experience. Chefs Teresa and Mary Ann worked with us to create a personalized menu for our group, showed us simple ways to get creative and gave us practical tips we can use every day in our kitchens. They provided a lesson and meal that was entertaining and punctuated with kitchen humor, easy for novices and simply delicious. . . ..the men especially enjoyed getting in the action and learning cooking techniques. This was a dinner party like none other, and thoroughly enjoyed by all.

Private Lessons:

I have always wanted to learn how to cook better! (I guess my husband was tired of the same old five dishes I know how to make!) Mary Ann and Teresa made my private cooking lesson so personal to fit our lifestyle, my abilities and preferences. They pack so much information , cooking, tips and fun into those 90 minutes. I felt totally comfortable being in my own kitchen. I learned a lot of new things about my own appliances! I feel refreshed and renewed and ready to tackle some new styles of cooking, new techniques and new ingredients. My husband is thrilled and very eager to see what our next new meal will be! Cooking Classes:

I enjoyed the Fast Track Meals class! That was the first time I ever took such a class, and not only did it jump start my in-a-rut meals, but gave me some very good tips. I was blown away by the amount of food we each got to eat! In fact, by the end, I couldn't eat more than a couple of bites of the pasta dish. Thanks for a very fun evening!

These two should have their own cooking show on TV! What a class! I have taken a lot of cooking classes over the past twenty years and none of them have offered what Teresa and Mary Ann have in one class. They compliment each other like two book ends. They answered so many questions, allowed us to participate when appropriate-we could come up and observe for a "closer look" at anytime.

They feed you "platefuls" of food, not the typical sampling you get in other classes. Highly recommend you attend any one of their classes for an evening of fine food, fun and lots to learn.
